Gift Giving

If you'd like to send your order as a gift, we've got you covered. Simply fill out the "Add a note to your order" form at checkout and we will handwrite your note on a special Call Upon A Unicorn card and include it in your package. We love making the people you love feel special so will always offer this service when you send an order as a gift. 

Shipping

We offer free shipping for purchases $75 and over. We charge a flat rate of $7 per address for regular shipping of orders under $75. We offer additional services that can found on our shipping page here. 

Happiness Guarantee

At Call Upon A Unicorn we want to you to be satisfied with your purchase so gladly provide you with a 100% happiness guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us at hello@calluponaunicorn.com and we'll make it right. 

Promo Codes

Anyone who signs up for the Call Upon a Unicorn newsletter receives a 15% promo code for a discount on their next order. Promo codes cannot be combined on the same order. Call Upon a Unicorn has frequent promo codes to help our subscribers save, so be sure to check often for new offers.

Email Subscription

If you subscribed to our newsletter and did not see a welcome email (which includes your 15% off promo code), there’s a chance the email went into your Spam/Junk/Bulk mail folder. If you still have problems locating it, please let us know at hello@calluponaunicorn.com and we’ll look into it further for you. If you would like to unsubscribe, click the “Unsubscribe” link on the bottom of the newsletter.

Received it as a gift and would like to exchange it

If you received a Call Upon A Unicorn print as a gift and would like to exchange it for a different product we will gladly exchange it for you. Contact us at hello@callluponaunicorn.com and we'll get you sorted. 

Giving

An important part of our company is the ability to give back. To begin with, we've partnered with a trusted organization in Canada called Help Change My City. Our goal is to partner with grassroots organizations in Canada, the U.S. and internationally to help them make a difference in communities that need it. As we build the Giving portion of our company, we will share their impact and our giving impact with you. If you know of an organization that needs help please let us know as we grow the philanthropic arm of our company. It's an important part of our business and we want to ensure funding is going to the people that need it most.
